Normally, two meetings of this committee are held annually. Due to the Covid pandemic in 2020 to 2021, these meetings were tied up with G.B. meetings held on 9^th September 2020 and 21^st January 2021.

        The Code of Conduct Committee/ Ethics Monitoring Committee was informed by Internal Complaints Committee and Grievance Redressal Cell that no untoward incident had taken place during 2020 to 2021 (Animal Ethics Committee data to be prepared by S.N.B).

Code of conduct for students  : Rules

Students are to abide by the rules and regulations of the college and strictly maintain discipline.

Students are advised to treat all members of staff and their fellow students with courtesy both inside and outside the college

Students are required to be regular in attending classes

Students may not enter or leave a class without the permission of the professor

Appearing at the college examinations is mandatory

The identity card and the library card must be carried by each student without fail

Loitering, talking noisily or jostling in the corridors is prohibited

Students are expected to dress in a way which is decent and conforms to the culture of India

The use of mobile phones is restricted in the classroom, laboratory and library

Attendance of parents or guardians in Parent-Teacher Meeting is obligatory

Punctuality

Regularity in attendance

Teachers must perform academic and administrative duties. Non-teaching staff must perform their assigned duties

Teachers must engage actively with students for their well-being as well as redressed their grievances / complain, if any.
