Fees once paid through the official website of Rammohan College (https://rammohancollege.ac.in/) shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

However, in the event of any excess payment made due to technical error, duplicate transaction, or any other reason whatsoever, the student must submit a written application addressed to the Principal of Rammohan College along with relevant payment details and supporting documents.

Any refund of excess payment shall be processed only after due verification and approval by the competent authority of the College. The decision of the College in this regard shall be final and binding.
